How our sales process works.

Home Valuation

One of our trained agents, with the right local market knowledge, will conduct the property intake. You will receive advice on the best asking price and sales strategy. Ultimately, you will always have the final decision in what you believe is the best approach.

Visual Content

We arrange for professional (360°) photos, 2D and 3D floor plans, and a video tour of your property. This allows us to advertise your home most effectively and ensures maximum visibility on Funda.

Property Marketing

We present your property on all major real estate platforms, including Funda, and notify our exclusive list of potential buyers directly.

Viewings

During an open day we will show your property to our potential buyers. One of our estate agents will guide them through the property and provide information. Normally we organize two open days to avoid irregularly having to make your home available for viewings.

Bidding

The interested parties place bids through our online platform, ensuring transparency and the best outcome for you. You can also monitor the bids live, keeping you fully informed of any developments. This approach guarantees the highest possible price and the best terms for your property.

Best offer

You can choose the best bidder, whether it’s the highest offer, the best terms, or a combination of both. You’re not obligated to sell if the bids don’t meet your expectations, ensuring you always have control over the sale process.

Agreement and Transfer

If a deal is made, we ensure the purchase agreement is drafted. Once everything is finalized, we inform the notary and deliver all necessary documents. The actual transfer takes place at the notary's office. Congratulations on the sale!

Afterservice

After the sale, our service doesn't stop. We continue to assist and advise you free of charge on what steps to take after the notary's transfer.
