I was struggling finding a house in Noord Brabant area. I could do a lot of viewing, but secure it was almost impossible. However De braband makelaar helped in very caring and practical way. Tijdens ons eerste gesprek met Roel van den Hurk dachten we: 'dit klinkt te mooi om waar te zijn', maar omdat het 'no cure no pay' was en we dus niks te verliezen hadden, besloten we om een aankooptraject te starten met De Brabant Makelaar. Dankzij Roel hebben wij binnen 3 maanden ons eerste huis kunnen kopen! Van A tot Z zijn we begeleid: huizen zoeken, bezichtigingen inplannen, bezichtigen en bieden. We found our house in a month! De Brabant Makelaar was really helpful and cooperative. Roel van den Hurk was very helpful and energetic guy who took care of all the matters very smoothly and super quick: house viewing , taking care of bid process, arranging mortgage advisor, notary etc - everything which otherwise would have been quite time consuming and difficult for us!
